I am a NYSED Certified Special Education and Social Studies teacher,  with a passion for Global History and the way it impacts our students no matter their backgrounds. I received my 7-12 Social Studies certification through Queens College's undergraduate program, and later attended Hunter College's MSEd in Adolescent Special Education program. I am dedicated to students with disabilities and multilingual inclusion in the classroom.

Designed and delivered a self-created, project-based learning curriculum spanning all subjects for a 12:1+1 classroom of alternately assessed high school students, structured across four interdisciplinary units. Developed and implemented IEPs through meeting participation, data collection, and goal revision, while delivering standards-aligned instruction focused on building student independence. Supported a welcoming, inclusive school community through consistent application of PBIS practices.

Teaching Global History I and II five days per week to four classes of students aged 16-21 who are attending a non-traditional school. Created own culturally responsive curriculum and lesson plans, including SEL and Civics lessons.
